EPF — Claim has been approved. Payment is under process.

Once you submit the EPF/PF withdrawal forms, the status message that you see on website is

Claim Form 19 for PF Settlement AGAINST Member Account No () has been approved. Payment is under process.

What does this mean?

This means the your PF withdrawl application has been successfully processed and EPFO department is working to issue the payment.

How much time will it take now?

Typically the withdrawal amount will get transferred to your account electronically within a month now, but sometimes we have seen people getting it after 2 months also.

What if it is taking a longer time?

• Raise a grievance on EPFO website

• File a RTI application.

• Write on social channels of EPFO - EPFO Facebook and EPFO Twitter
